taught and practiced in beginners groups are simple to practice
and reproduce at home. It has been researched and stablished as
a great way to improve general functions in the brain and other
parts of the body. It has also been indicated in treatments for
neuromuscular functions, breathing imporvement, empowering and self
awareness, violence prevention and more because of its efficacyin
creating and maintaining self-control and relaxation.
we have a lot of day and weekend long retreats
in nature. Camping retreats for self-awareness and group work vary
from 3-5 days and are done in the summer time. Other retreats
are offered at the center throughout the year, such as silent retreats
for a few hours with feedback at the end and self-awareness retreats
that require sleep-over (sometimes using fireplace or other tools
to be in contact with the elements in nature.
Nutrition and
health education workshops, Yoga, Music Therapy,
Reflexology, Do-In (self-healing tecnique),
Biodance, Rebirthing and other methods of healing and self-awareness
are offered on accasional basis.
