Energy Healing: Hands-on energy work to balance the human energy field. This technique uses the system of chakras and meridians in the the body and energy fields as to improve overall relaease of symptons and diseases, plus create a sense of well-being. This is also a preventive therapy, aiding the body in recognizing and receiving good energy and releasing toxins and negativity or blocked energy.

Massage Therapy: Hands-on body work to help relax and give flexibility to muscles; tissues and articulations. Many techniques offered including Deep Tissue; Neuromuscular; Swedish; Myofascial release, Craniumsacrum, Do-In, Foot Reflexologyand Acupressure.

Some benefits of Massage Therapy include: improved circulation, muscle strength and conditioning; improved flexibility and lubrification in articulations; improved range of motions for limbs and head; improved posture and spine alignment; release of nervous and muscular pain; improved breathing and heart conditioning and more.

Holistic Therapy: counseling for individuals; couples and families based on a combined psychotherapeutic model that embodies the treatment of a person as whole: divine (physically, emoionally, mentally and spiritually)

Spiritual Guidance: Messages given by guides or spiritually enlightened beings helping people connect with higher/ divine powers in themselves and to redirect their lives in more positive, loving ways!

Meditation classes: "Guided-imagery" meditation, "Dynamic", " Pathwork"meditation, "Transcedental", "Violet Flame", "Self-Visualization and silent meditations. Sessions are free and do not require experience!

Meditation is one of the most efficient ways to achieve balance and harmony, plus become more aware of self and is very cheap! It is free! All the techniques taught and practiced in beginners groups are simple to practice and reproduce at home. It has been researched and stablished as a great way to improve general functions in the brain and other parts of the body. It has also been indicated in treatments for neuromuscular functions, breathing imporvement, empowering and self awareness, violence prevention and more because of its efficacyin creating and maintaining self-control and relaxation.

Nature retreats: we have a lot of day and weekend long retreats in nature. Camping retreats for self-awareness and group work vary from 3-5 days  and are done in the summer time. Other retreats are offered at the center throughout the year, such as silent retreats for a few hours with feedback at the end and self-awareness retreats that require sleep-over (sometimes using fireplace or other tools to be in contact with the elements in nature.

 

Nutrition and health education workshops, Yoga, Music Therapy, Reflexology, Do-In (self-healing tecnique), Biodance, Rebirthing and other methods of healing and self-awareness are offered on accasional basis.
