January 1: Meditation for the new year.

Special 3 hour meditation with purpose to set up the energy for prosperity in 2007. Starts at 5 pm. This is a long distance meditation that you can do from your house. Call Danuza Aquino for instructions.

January 10: Trilha do Coastao: Self improvement journey with Danuza

Starts at 8am. All day journey.This event has a $40 fee to participate and will be at Itacare, Bahia.

Contact Danuza if you are going to be in Bahia around this day and want to participate.

January 12: Visit to Tribo Unida, Conchas do Mar 210, Itacare, Bahia, CEP 45530-000, 073.3251.3599

Capoeira show with explanations about the projects done by Tribo Unida to help "at risk kids" from Itacare and region . Small contributions will be given to tribo Unida By Danuza and others who wish to contribute towards Mestre Jamaica's project teaching kids Capoeira, Maculele, Samba de Roda, Puxada de Rede. Mestre Jamaica is a Capoeira master and the leader of the Tribo for many years and together with other capoeira masters and volunteers, they have been able to create a safe environment for difranchised kids and "at risk" (at risk for violence and drug abuse) to be educated in martial arts; languages, dance and more. January 23: Self Realization meditation.

Mediation at the beach, Itacare. 10am. If you are in Bahia and want to partiicipate or prefer to participate from your home (long distance), please contact Danuza instructions.

February

February 7: Meditation with Star of Life members

Starts at 6:30pm where we will discuss the fundraising activities for painting the hospital in Jabuticatubas.

February 14: Valentines day Mediation

February 17: Open Meeting for Star of Life at 1:30pm

With a special guest. A student from a MBA program, who will give us advice on how to improve the buisness of the Star of Life Healing Center.

February 21: Star of Life Healing Center meeting. Open to the public

Discussion on fundraising projects. Starts at 7:30PM.

February 28: Trip to Boulder, Colorado.

Danuza will be giving private healings and preparing boxes of clothing to be send to Brazil.

If you live in Boulder, you can contact Danuza for a private session or to make donations between February 29 until March 6.

March

March 31 : Resgatando Talentos from 4-8pm at Cafe Belo Somerville.

Come and show your talents or support the talents of others!  A fun event from 4-8PM at Cafe Belo, Somerville. It is a Brazilian talent show featuring musicians, dancers, poets, and many other artists. Please contact Danuza Aquino or Cristina Capobianco until March 15 for registration.

April

April 20-22 : Spiritual Retreat ant Green Mountain

Leaving Friday April 20, arriving at Green Mountain in the evening. Retreat activities on 21st and 22st, coming back the 22nd. Retreat includes meditation, breathing, prayer, yoga techniques, and will be given by the Grean Mountain spiritual leaders. Contact Danuza for more information.

May- September

Note, from April to September there will be major renovations at the SOL center. Make sure you confirm dates and times of events with Danuza. We will continue to run public mediations, but many activiteis will be limited to smaller groups. So Ze is a character done by Andre Ferreira who is a former contributer to our projects in Jaboticatubas- giving food to the families in need. Note we support Ponto de Partida's efforts to create opportunities for Brazilian people in their artistic endeavours, such as theatrical perfomances, dance and and film productions. Some of the professional actors have been part of our Resgatando Talentos Project.

December

Saturday December 8: Personal Power Meditation led by healer Luis Ricardo from Venezuela 4pm.

Tuesday December 11 : Personal Power Mediation lead by Danuza Aquino 7pm

At our Cambridge location. This meditation is a continuation as a continuation of the mediation given by Luis Ricardo on December 8.

From December 8 until December 14, Luis Ricardo is available for private treatments. He is a renown healer from Venezula who gives a combination of body work and energy healings.

From December 21 until December 31 we will be focusing a series of mediations and group sessions based on the work of "The Secreat" by Rhonda Byrne.
